Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
o Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
o Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
o Track project progress and update project management tools and documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination:
o Coordinate between all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Budget and Cost Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization.
o Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
o Ensure payments are processed correctly and on time.
Additional Responsibilities:
o Provide customers with timelines and schedules for future project completions.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Requirements and skills
At least 3 years Proven work experience as a Project manager or similar sales role in Food & Beverage processing industry or the equipment manufacturing industry with wide network & contacts in this field.
Familiarity with CRM software
Understanding of beverages/food line operations with knowledge of components of factory beverage line stations such as: blowers, fillers, labellers, packers, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
BSc mechanical or electrical engineering or BTS in technical (if strong experience)
