Key Aspects of the Role:

Project Delivery Support

• You’ll assist in planning, executing, and reporting on government-led projects
• This includes maintaining trackers, risk logs, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time
• You’ll consolidate inputs from various departments for weekly and sectoral reporting

Event & Activation Management

• You’ll help coordinate large-scale events, including international conferences and local activations
• Responsibilities include managing vendors (PR, marketing, logistics), guest lists, talent coordination, and on-ground support
• You’ll be expected to handle VIP protocols, last-minute changes, and ensure flawless execution

Stakeholder Coordination

• You’ll liaise with internal departments and external partners to align on project goals
• This includes navigating approvals, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across teams

Documentation & Compliance

• You’ll maintain proper document control, versioning, and handover files
• Accuracy and confidentiality are key, especially when dealing with sensitive government data

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or government-related work
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving parts
