Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of analytics projects, focusing on SAP Analytical Cloud and Microsoft Analytics platforms. The successful candidate will manage all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation through to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and a deep understanding of analytics technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

1- Project Planning and Management:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

2- Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

3- Resource Management:

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Allocate resources and ensure they are fully utilized throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.

4- Risk Management:

Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans as needed.

5- Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Conduct post project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

6- Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post implementation reviews.

Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

1- Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.

2- Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the delivery of analytics projects.

Proven experience with SAP Analytical Cloud and Microsoft Analytics platforms.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects in an Agile environment is highly desirable
