The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a strategic role in overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure alignment with the company s vision and operational performance goals. This role ensures the application of consistent methodologies, proactive risk management, and continuous resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the project portfolio to ensure effective execution.
• Govern project risks and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
• Align project initiatives with the organization s strategic vision.
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions within defined timelines.
• Manage escalations and crisis situations in case of project deviations.
• Prepare executive summaries, reports, and dashboards tailored to project needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance efficiency and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal and external processes.

Profile Requirements:

• Strong expertise in project management and methodologies (e.g., AGILE, PMP).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Planview).
• Ability to lead teams, resolve complex issues, and manage crises.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and persuasion skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to specific support needs.
