Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Head with 20+ years of industry experience, preferably with strong Gulf experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale fit-out and contracting projects valued at OMR 1M+, particularly within mall environments.


Key Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in fit-out, interiors, and contracting.
  • Gulf experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on management of projects valued around OMR 1M–1.2M.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end project execution, site management, and coordination.
  • Strong background working in malls and retail environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preferred in Mall Outlets,Bank Branches,Fast Track Fitout Works.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in fit-out and contracting projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of the fit-out and contracting industry, including knowledge of materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
