Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
    Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas construction with at least 2 years in a managerial role handling API 650 storage tank projects
    Strong knowledge of API 650 API 653 ASME B313 ASME Section IX AWS D11 and AWWA D100 standards
    Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD and material tracking systems
    Deep understanding of welding metallurgy tank settlement analysis and structural integrity evaluation
    Proven leadership in managing large multi disciplinary teams with 300 plus personnel as Construction Manager and 500 plus as Project Manager
    Excellent communication coordination and problem solving skills
    PMP or Construction Management certification preferred
    Experience in EPC projects with major oil and gas operators such as Aramco ExxonMobil Shell ADNOC etc preferred
    Previous Middle East or Saudi Arabia experience is an advantageregulatory requirements.

Plan execute and deliver oil and gas construction projects according to specifications and schedules
Supervise fabrication erection and welding activities ensuring quality and safety compliance
Lead coordinate and motivate multi disciplinary teams to achieve project targets within budget and timeframe
Prepare review and update project schedules using Primavera and MS Project
Monitor progress and performance through daily weekly and monthly reports
Ensure compliance with client specifications international standards and HSE requirements
Coordinate with clients subcontractors and internal departments for smooth execution
Oversee procurement and material control to avoid project delays
Drive continuous improvement in productivity quality and cost efficiency
Manage project close out documentation testing and handover as per client requirements

British nationals preferred
