Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Controller manager to play a pivotal role within the EPMO department. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the financial performance and control of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. With a proven track record in project accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, this role demands strong leadership capabilities to guide teams in maintaining project budgets, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable financial insights to key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Oversight:

Lead and mentor the project accounting team to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial processes.

Act as the main point of contact for financial matters related to project portfolios across the organization.

Collaborate with EPMO leadership to align financial practices with strategic objectives.

2. Project Financial Control:

Ensure accurate financial data mapping and budget control for all projects.

Oversee project budgets, forecast revenue streams, and implement corrective measures to achieve financial targets.

Perform revenue assurance and ensure compliance with recognized methodologies for revenue recognition.

3. Data-Driven Decision Support:

Analyze project financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels.

Design and deliver automated dashboards and performance reports for executive stakeholders.

Conduct variance and profitability analysis for ongoing and completed projects.

4. Process Optimization and Automation:

Develop and refine financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Lead the implementation of automation tools to streamline data visualization and reporting.

5. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all financial practices comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project financial performance and processes.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a strategic partner to project managers and senior leadership, providing financial insights and guidance.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial alignment and transparency.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in accounting, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project accounting, financial leadership, and data analysis.

Advanced expertise in financial analysis, project accounting, and reporting.

Leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering collaboration.

Proficiency in MS Office, and advanced Excel functions for data analytics.

Strategic thinking with excellent organizational and decision-making capabilities.
