Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with proven expertise in retrofitting, repair, and strengthening of structures. The role focuses on assessing existing buildings, preparing technical plans, and ensuring high-quality execution in line with engineering standards and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site assessments and surveys to evaluate existing structural conditions.
  • Develop detailed retrofitting, repair, and strengthening plans compliant with engineering specifications and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project stakeholders to align goals and requirements.
  • Oversee implementation of retrofitting and repair works, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with construction teams for proper execution of methodologies and design intent.
  • Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges during execution and provide timely, practical solutions.
  • Perform regular inspections and quality checks to validate effectiveness of repair interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or site staff.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in retrofitting, repair, and strengthening of structures.
  • knowledge on construction methodologies, materials and safety practices.
  • Excellent site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
