Project Engineer - Power & Machines

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
• Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
• Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines.
• Work with our sales team to professionally represent the company at a customer, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a project.
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
• Cost analysis and estimating.
• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Prepare weekly and Monthly reports to his direct manager.
• Obtain factored / sub supplier costs where necessary
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
• Additional duties may be assigned, as required.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Negotiations Skills.
• Communications Skills.
• Experience of dealing with complex tenders.
• General MS Office Program skills.
• Knowledge on AutoCAD Drawing.
• 2-5 Years in a similar position.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
