Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects, particularly in office and commercial spaces.


The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on-site, knows how to turn design intent into reality, and can manage the fast-paced coordination that commercial fit-out work demands.


• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring project progress as per plan and quality standards

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams for seamless execution

• Review drawings and ensure implementation aligns with approved design and specs

• Monitor material deliveries, site resources, and work schedules

• Identify and resolve technical/site issues proactively

• Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures


Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Interior / Architectural Engineering

• 6–8 years of experience in office and commercial interior fit-out projects

• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and MEP coordination

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and meet tight deadlines
