WE ARE HIRING Project Engineer
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Engineer to join our site team in Dubai (DIP). The ideal candidate will have construction/site management experience in the UAE, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive projects forward while maintaining safety, quality and schedule requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility for client communication, contractor coordination and preparation of project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: 2 5 years of construction or site management experience in the UAE.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient with Dubai Municipality approvals, as-built drawing processes and online inspection portals.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Languages: Strong communication in English; Arabic is advantageous. Knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus.
Licences: UAE driving licence preferred.
Other: Able to work on site, liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage day-to-day site operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site Supervision & Coordination Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project plans.
Safety & Quality Compliance Enforce safety procedures and quality standards, ensuring all works meet project specifications.
Client & Stakeholder Communications Act as a primary point of contact for clients; provide regular progress updates.
Collaboration Work closely with architects, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Programme & Documentation Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets and required project documentation and reports.
