Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between cross-functional teams, ensure technical accuracy, and support the Project Manager in meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and progress trackers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure engineering compliance.
• Support in preparing technical submittals, RFIs, and change requests.
• Participate in project review meetings and support the close-out process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Relevant field).
• 3–7 years of experience in project execution, preferably in [insert industry – e.g., Oil & Gas, modular construction, industrial projects].
• Proficient in project management and engineering tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong understanding of engineering design, fabrication, and site execution processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in modular building or oil & gas projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
