Project Engineer East West International

What we are looking for:

East West International is seeking a Project Engineer to support various projects in the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. This role involves working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Experience: 5–9 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. RFQ & Bid Preparation

• Review project specifications, datasheets, BOQs, and technical requirements.

• Identify suitable suppliers and coordinate to obtain quotations, catalogs, and compliance certificates.

• Prepare complete technical and commercial bid proposals, ensuring full compliance with client specifications.

  2. Supplier & Client Coordination

• Act as the technical liaison between clients and manufacturers.

• Attend online meetings and technical discussions, travel to client or supplier sites when required.

• Post-Order Execution

• Review purchase orders and confirm technical scope with suppliers.

• Monitor production milestones, inspections, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate documentation including datasheets, drawings, ITPs, test reports, and certificates.

  3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure technical documents and manufacturing records meet API, ASME, ASTM, IEC, ISO, and client standards.

• Support QA/QC teams with document reviews and supplier capability assessments.

• Internal & External Communication

• Provide project updates, highlight risks, and maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Attend review meetings and prepare concise updates for management.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete project documentation.

• Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure all final documentation is submitted before delivery.
