Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Daily & Weekly Reporting: Update task sheets, track problem follow-ups, and report KPIs with improvement actions.
  • Purchasing & Documentation: Manage purchase orders, request quotations, and prepare concession documents.
  • Process & Quality Control: Implement countermeasures for defects, update workmanship standards, and review action sheets.
  • Audits & Assessments: Attend audits, risk assessments, and design meetings to confirm proposals and changes.
  • Product & Process Modifications: Review customer drawings, validate new codes, and request process/product modifications.
  • New Product Introduction: Prepare engineering check sheets, skill matrices, and operation instructions for changes.
  • Customer & Production Support: Oversee trial phases, deliver harnesses, and coordinate changes across departments.
  • General Tasks: Maintain awareness of transfer standards, documentation, and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 0 2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of wiring harnesses or automotive components is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
