Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines to deliver results efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports, to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Facilitate technical meetings and discussions, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable tasks for team members.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and enhance safety protocols.
  • Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to streamline operations and resolve conflicts.
  • Support the procurement process by evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, analyze performance metrics, and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with a strong technical foundation, demonstrating a commitment to quality education.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering within the Aluminium, Facade & Glazing sectors.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera, showcasing technical adeptness in project planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently, reflecting a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven teamwork abilities, demonstrating a collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members in achieving project goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project circumstances, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments, with fluency in English and additional languages preferred for international projects.
