Project engineer Probus Engineering & Constructions

Experience: Minimum 8 years

Location: Head Office & Project Site

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 30 days' notice)

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities related to engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of project engineering processes, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project), AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
