Project Engineer-interior fitout Velocity Fitout Solutions

Act as the primary coordinator between clients, consultants, and the internal project team for day-to-day project matters.

Manage the sample submission and approval process for materials, finishes, and joinery items.

Manage overall execution while handling site operations.

Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are completed on time and as per specifications.

Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection checklists.

Monitor site progress against the approved program and highlight risks/delays.

Ensure HSE compliance and company quality standards are maintained on-site.

Conduct regular client/site meetings and ensure minutes and follow-ups are actioned.

Provide value engineering input where applicable to optimize cost and efficiency.

Assist in handover documentation and final snagging/closure of the project.

Strong knowledge of fit-out works, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and site operations.

Hands-on experience in dealing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
