Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Engineer- ADNOC- Oil & Gas Experience Candiate Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure successful execution in line with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and project scope of work.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, work breakdown structures, and progress monitoring systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and company policies.
  • Manage site execution activities, resolve technical queries, and provide engineering support to construction teams.
  • Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project costs, resources, and progress to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Prepare project status reports, method statements, and other documentation as required.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with at least 3–5 years of ADNOC project experience (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC engineering standards, specifications, and approval processes.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering and construction activities.
  • Familiarity with project planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership ability to manage subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of QA/QC, HSE standards, and ADNOC codes of practice.

Additional Requirements:

  • ADNOC project approvals/approvals for discipline engineer (preferred).
  • UAE driving license (advantage).
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
