Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for leading the logistics construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract. The role will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working on the construction site.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project as well as delegating work to senior colleagues and their teams
- Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and managers to report on progress
- Effective logistics management success to enhance efficiency and productivity of the project progress and overall impact on cost and time
- Experience reviewing and managing the contractor s progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis.
- Reviewing and approving of contractor s payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.
- Scheduling and chairing site progress site meetings.
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Roads, Bridges & Highways Experience is Required
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 25 years work experience (5 years in the GCC) partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
