Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director to join our team and lead major construction projects for our clients. The Senior Project Director will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.

- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Oversee the selection and management of project teams, including consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring that all members are aligned and working towards a common goal.

- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, and prepare reports and presentations as required.

- Mentor and coach junior project team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on major construction projects in High- high-rise buildings.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Experience managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are highly desirable.
