Position:
Project Director

Summary:
To provide overall leadership and guidance to the Project Management Team with emphasis on program coordination and integration.

Responsibilities:
Provide direction and management for the projects/programs in accordance with MoM obligations.
Maintain a strategic overview of the program and provide advice and direction to insure efficient execution of the program.
Lead project management team and effectively motivate, organize and empower personnel
Establish assignments and direct the activities of Senior Project Managers/Project Managers and Project Controls Managers.
Overall responsibility for the management of the reporting discipline within the PMDD

Requirements:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering/Project Management
More than 20 years of demonstrable experience projects management
Professional qualification PMP, APM
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
