Job location Abu Dhabi
A reputed company is looking for Qualified Female Project Coordinator cum Procurement with knowledge of basic accounting cycle. With min. 3 yrs. exp., degree holder; with experience in PURCHASE, INVENTORY, PROJECT COORDINATING and ADMIN executive related work who will be responsible of maintaining proper procurement and project monitoring and support in office operation through receiving and distributing communications.
Requirements:
With a bachelor s degree
Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision.
Can work under pressure.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent English Speaking, Writing and Reading Skills
Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
Have a presentable image (Professional Looking) Photo taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance is required
Nature of job
Your Job responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
Handles all procurement related transactions.
Manages projects and coordinate with team to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.
Monitor project progress and deliverables and keep client and the team up to date.
Understand and implement the project time frame while complying with company quality policy.
Acts as the interface team between client, supplier, and the company.
Coordinating properly with technical team and supplier while creating a collaborative atmosphere.
Performs related work assigned from time to time and being flexible as must.
Other Responsibilities:
Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines.
Ensures the delivery and completeness of the project deliverables.
Participates in scheduled reviews to check project status.
Prepares client/supplier satisfaction survey and ensure proper action against the surveys.
Arrange and coordinate meetings with external parties (supplier and client).
To maintain and update all documents and keep orderly complete and categorize for easy accessibility to specific records (electronic and manual).
Liaising suppliers and clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to workstations.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund.
Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming clients orders; keeping clients informed of order status.
