Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of our clients in the UAE. The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by assisting in planning, organizing, and monitoring activities. This individual ensures that project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals. The Project Coordinator works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to maintain schedules, manage documentation, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Project Planning & Coordination
Assist project managers in the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information across departments.
Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Administrative Support
Organize and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, status reports, and change requests.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder briefings.
Prepare project presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners related to project activities.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
Maintain and update project communication plans and stakeholder engagement logs.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor project progress and report issues or potential risks to the project manager.
Track budget expenditures and assist in financial reporting.
Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and team members.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Assist with audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews.
