Roles & Responsibilities


WSP in the Middle East is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing team in Riyadh, KSA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, assisting design managers, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

Support project teams by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Assist Design Managers with administrative tasks, documentation control, and internal reporting.
Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
Monitor resource allocation and project schedules to help ensure deadlines are met.
Manage and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and status reports.
Support the preparation of presentations, project dashboards, and client submissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, ideally within a consultancy or design environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the Middle East and familiarity with regional project delivery standards is preferred.
