We are a third-party administration and corporate consulting firm, managing back-end operations, customer service, logistics, project coordination, and communications for a variety of real estate service providers and other companies across the United States and Canada and soon expanding to Europe and Asia.
EDGE MANAGEMENT focuses on delivering comprehensive business solutions to medium and large organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, with complex operations that need to standardize processes and quickly scale their core functions.

About the Role: Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is one of the most critical roles at EDGE MANAGEMENT. In this role, you will serve as the link between clients and technicians, facilitating a wide range of maintenance services for properties and facilities while applying sound judgment to solve diverse and complex problems every day.
Starting salary is $800/month.
Shift is from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and schedule assessments, repairs, follow-ups, and second opinions with technicians or vendors.
Contact the work order s Point of Contact to gather all necessary information before dispatch.
Proactively source and secure new technicians and backups for ongoing and future work orders.
Collect detailed situation reports, propose clear action plans, and estimate costs internally referred to as the assessment.
Ensure correct specifications (brand, model, serial numbers) for any replacement parts, materials, or equipment to be ordered.
Prepare quotes, proposals, or bids based on the assessment, market rates, internal costs, and contract terms.
Obtain and document before, during, and after photos, as well as sign-offs for each client site visit.
When necessary, challenge and negotiate with technicians on unacceptable rates or assessments, and secure alternative opinions as needed.
Keep colleagues, clients, and internal systems up-to-date proactively throughout the process.
Before closing a work order, upload all documentation and associated costs to enable accurate invoicing.

Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts and workflows.

Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
Good general technical knowledge.
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Able to perform well under pressure.
