Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate daily project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Follow up with internal teams (engineering, production, procurement, maintenance, etc.) for project deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and updates.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight any risks or delays to management.
  • Support communication between departments and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, clients).
  • Track material requests, deliveries, and approvals related to ongoing projects.
  • Support the Project Manager in organizing and conducting review meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Good understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
