Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and timely project delivery.

  • Drive effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and organization of comprehensive project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
  • Anticipate and identify potential risks or challenges, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Prepare insightful reports, professional presentations, and executive summaries to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management in strategic planning, operational improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
  • 3 5 years of experience in project coordination or engineering project roles.
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
