The Project Coordinator is typically responsible for organizing and managing projects across various functions, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The role involves coordinating project activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, tracking progress, and supporting the successful delivery of project goals.   • Coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support project planning by gathering requirements, scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation throughout all phases of each project, including planning, execution, follow-up, and outcome reporting.
  • Identify potential risks or roadblocks early in the process and propose practical, solution-oriented responses.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and coordination of external contributors or contractors, ensuring smooth integration into project workflows.
  • Ensure project-related policies, guidelines, and processes are communicated and adhered to by all parties involved.
  • Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, or other tools to support data-driven decision-making and track project performance.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to support the development and implementation of new initiatives as organizational needs evolve.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or in a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years in project coordination or project management, preferably in client-facing roles
  • Advanced level in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent command of English; other languages (Arabic, French ) are a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within tight deadlines, while prioritizing stakeholder needs
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and courteously with varied stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Experience in proactively managing third-party contractors, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Proven problem-solving capacity, with the ability to anticipate challenges, proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Flexibility to travel and willingness to adapt working hours to business needs
  • Excellent command of English; other languages (Arabic, French ) are a plus
  • Prior experience in Qatar or the GCC preferred
