Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate them to management as needed.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support the preparation and management of project budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and company standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project workflows and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle procurement documentation: contracts, POs, invoices, supplier agreements
- Enter and track data in ERP system
- Coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with supplier evaluation and report
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
Must have previous experience in with importing and construction companies
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project requirements.
