Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will perform a variety moderately complex administrative tasks, including:
1. Ensuring effective, up-to-date and accurate operations through administrative support.
2. Assistance with daily office tasks and general administrative activities.
3. Coordination and implementation of important special projects independently or in collaboration with other groups as directed by supervisors.
4. Provide support to supervisors to ensure that all resources necessary for effective
resources necessary for effective decision making are available.
5. Compose and distributing emails, correspondence notes, letters and forms.
6. Scheduling appointments and meetings as well as assisting with the preparation of
preparation of materials.
7. Preparation and compilation of meeting minutes.
8. Compilation and input of statistical reports and diagrams.
9. Creation spreadsheets and presentations.
10. Carrying out of research tasks as required.
11. Maintain of the electronic and printed filing system.
12.Updating and ensuring the accuracy of the organization's databases.
13.Providing support with ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
Requirements:
Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Administrative skills: Effective organization and prioritization of workload to meet tight deadlines, while at the same time ensuring high accuracy.
