Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to project plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Assist in resource allocation and manage project logistics to optimize efficiency.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring actionable items are documented and followed up.
  • Support the project manager in budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to work onsite as required by the project.
