Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Shadow and support the Project Manager in daily project activities
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed minutes
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and status reports with exceptional accuracy
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the Salesforce implementation
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and budget expenditures
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional attention to detail – critical for this role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform advantageous
