Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules for Construction, fabrication, transport, and delivery
  • Align logistics timelines with construction milestones and resource availability
  • Act as a liaison between fabrication yards, logistics providers, customs, and construction teams
  • Facilitate meetings, updates, and issue resolutions across stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, customs paperwork, and regulatory compliance records for Invoicing purpose
  • Ensure all logistics activities meet project and legal/Contractual standards
  • Plan for transport vehicles, cranes, and manpower
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment or dispatch to desired project sites
  • Track shipment progresses and identifies delays or risks
  • Generate dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports for management
  • Identify potential bottlenecks (e.g., weather, customs delays)
  • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations
  • Proficiency in planning and ERP tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with GPS-based shipment tracking and logistics dashboards (preferred but not mandatory)
