Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with customers on installation, setup, and after-sales needs.

Provide technical support to customers and the sales team on systems and devices.

Supervise site activities, testing, and commissioning in coordination with the Project Supervisor.

Prepare and submit visit reports, ensuring customer signatures and proper documentation.

Handle customer complaints, maintenance, and repair requests, escalating when needed.

Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with drawings and designs.

Stay updated on new technologies and products relevant to the department.

Installation of Home automation and Video Phone, Testing, and commissioning.

Panel board assembly of sold systems.

Prepare Autocad Drawings.

Knowledge in Home Automation (KNX, Bticino/Legrand SCS), Low Current (DES, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Systems, Access Control).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering / TS/LT Technical or related field.

2 4 years experience in project coordination, technical support, or after-sales.

Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
