Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage project control systems, tools, and procedures for cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), integrating engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Monitor project costs, prepare cost forecasts, variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Establish and monitor earned value management systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular progress and performance reports to stakeholders, including dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance to align project plans with budgets and business goals.
  • Lead risk management activities, including identification, analysis, mitigation, and tracking of project risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate change management processes, including impact assessments, approval workflows, and documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior project controls staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and corporate governance policies.
