Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule using Primavera P6.
- Monitor and update project progress, identifying delays and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare and control project budgets, cost breakdown structures, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct cost analysis and track actual expenditures versus budget.
- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices before approval.
- Review QS quantities, BOQ items, and validate measured works.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and productivity dashboards.
- Assess project risks and maintain the updated risk register.
- Analyze variations and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) when needed.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate progress data and documentation.
