Roles & Responsibilities

Program Manager


Main mission of the position

The main mission of the program manager is to ensure the planning, coordination and monitoring of the entire examination process in order to guarantee their optimal organization, their compliance with academic procedures and the quality of the service provided to students and teachers.

Main activities of the position

Organization of exams

  • Preparation of exam schedules (final and resits) for validation;
  • Preparation of the summary of final exams and resits;
  • Preparation of examination lists according to available rooms
  • Preparation of exam reports and envelopes according to lists and rooms
  • Sending invitations to students
  • Taking into account students who have submitted a medical file
  • Collection of envelopes during exams and delivery to the teachers concerned
  • Monitoring of exams submitted/not submitted to teachers (follow-up if necessary)
  • Classification/archiving of exam copies
  • Organization of the exam copy consultation day
  • Reproduction of continuous assessments (at the request of teachers).
  • Request for supplies necessary for the organization of exams (draft, exam sheet, etc.).

Student monitoring (Master):

  • Registration of Master students - during the course
  • Monitoring the registration of late students
  • Integration of resources from all programs
