Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to strategically plan and manage a team of client appointed stakeholders to deliver a portfolio of asset types (retail, commercial, logistics, education and hospitality) for a renowned developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Portfolio Planning and Coordination: Developing and managing master schedules, and timelines and oversee their execution to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Resource Management oversight: Allocating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Contract Management: Overseeing the negotiation, execution, and management of individual PMC
contracts and directly appointed consultants - Quality Assurance oversight: Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and complies with
relevant regulations and codes. - Program Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the successful completion of the individual projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Review the PMCs frequent reports, then monitor and report on program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service standards, and service goals. Participate in monthly project performance reviews with Development Leads, validating estimates, programmes/
schedules, construction quality and adherence to standards. - The Program Manager will also act as an executive cost consultant, playing a crucial role in managing and optimizing costs on portfolio level including Budgeting Baseline, Cost Analysis, Risk Management, Reporting and Documentation, Performance Monitoring.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business or related field
- Portfolio Management Experience delivering different asset types
- Experience managing 10-20 employees, and multiple contracts simultaneously
- Expert Commercial skills
- Experience writing and delivering program and/or project execution plans
- Strategic Planning Experience
- Expert Communication Skills (Highly Proficient use of the English Language)
- Prior Experience in the MENA Region

- 20 years experience with 5-10 years in the UAE
