Summary:
As a Program Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables within budget and scope.
Monitor program performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership and guidance to program managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure program outcomes support organizational growth and long-term success.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 13 years of experience in Program Management Director roles within the Others industry.
Strategic planning and program management expertise
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile)
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
