Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall strategy for industrial and advanced manufacturing programs within the sub-sector
- Provide vision, leadership, and direction to multidisciplinary program and project teams
- Oversee the full lifecycle of major projects including factory design, construction, commissioning, and operational transition
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality, safety, and sustainability standards
- Implement best practices for advanced manufacturing environments, including operational efficiency and technology integration
- Support business development activities including bid preparation, client presentations, and pursuit leadership
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for sector expansion
- Structure, manage, and optimize large and diverse teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Coach, mentor, and develop internal talent to strengthen organizational capability
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Manage complex stakeholder requirements across technical, contractual, and regulatory interfaces
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, or advanced production facility projects
- Demonstrated success across factory design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness
- Proven delivery of large-scale projects in automotive, semiconductors, intelligent devices, or advanced manufacturing sectors
- Extensive experience in program management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Ability to lead effectively in complex technical and multi-stakeholder environments
