About the Program The Opportunity
The Environmental and Energy Economics (EEE) program at IOE-UOB explores the dynamic relationship between the natural environment and economics, with a special focus on the energy sector and socio-economic aspects of marine, coastal, and land resources. It demonstrates how economic and environmental goals can be achieved together through sound management and valuation of natural assets. Through applied research and innovative methodologies, the EEE valorizes natural assets, addresses environmental challenges, advances renewable energy research, and contributes to creating green job opportunities.
We are seeking a visionary, highly motivated, and enthusiastic leader to serve as Program Director for the EEE. This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates passionate about the valuation and sustainable management of natural assets within complex human and energy-dependent environments. The ideal candidate will drive development initiatives at the intersection of environmental and energy economics, with a focus on real-world impact.
