Production Supervisor PRIME AC INDUSTRIES (L.L.C)

The Production Supervisor will support the manufacturing process by assisting with production activities,
ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining quality standards for HVAC accessories. This role
involves coordinating with different teams, involves process improvement, troubleshooting, monitoring
production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Time management with floor worker (change over rotation for machine) as per approved format

2. Random inspection of components (semi finish goods) in each product in each shift for quality checking

3. Random inspection of finished materials at the end of each shift, example: inspection of packing, bundles,
rolls and pallets for export and local delivery

4. Weekly storage of raw materials from central store (karachi store) and as on when needed

5. Random physical verification of semi finish materials component with respective production reports

6. Weekly meeting with the factory manager for forecasting of any materials required

7. Proactive communication with logistics coordinator for job order and ready materials for timely delivery
or timely dispatch and confirmation

8. Advance loading plan and loading of goods strictly as per delivery order with efficiency (proper time
utilization of workers for both local and export delivery

9. Random inspection of incoming raw materials (both local and overseas) by getting one random sample
from each shipment to the factory and maintaining records with photographs, in case of any quality issues
or physical damage should be informed to the purchase same day

10. Safe secured and arranged storage for finished goods

11. Each machine capacity and utilization should be reported in the daily report and in both shifts

12. Always maintaining health, safety and environment (HSE) for manpower, machinery and material

13. Need to coordinate with AMC contractor for maintenance and calibration for fire safety

14. Should assign at least one fire warden in each shift, four employees to be trained for fire safety and first
aid training

15. WIP stock tracking at the end of each month, RM checking should be every two months

16. Providing daily production report in required format for production entry

17. Oversight on logistics for smooth flow of ready goods to respective locations

18. Quality checking of raw materials, work in progress and finish goods 19. Any other responsibilities given by the management from time to time
