Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
Coordinate and lead production teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to achieve output targets.
Monitor machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality control procedures on the production floor.
Analyze production data and generate reports on productivity, downtime, and material usage.
Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline workflow.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Identify areas for process optimization and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Participate in regular meetings to communicate production goals, challenges, and progress to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferred paper, cartoon or packaging industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible work schedules as needed.
Familiarity with paper converting or related manufacturing industries is a plus.
