Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment, reducing workplace accidents and incidents.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of operators and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field to ensure a solid understanding of production processes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to highlight expertise in efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and production planning to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
