Roles & Responsibilities

Proven leadership and strong organizational skills. Fluent in English to effectively interact with the team and clients. Solid knowledge of signage fabrication, materials, and finishing techniques. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Design software skills (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.) are a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

Oversee day-to-day production of indoor and outdoor signage projects. Manage and motivate a team of fabricators, printers, and installers. Ensure efficient workflow on the production floor, maintaining top quality and on-time delivery. Coordinate with the design and sales teams to guarantee smooth project execution. Monitor material usage and maintain cost efficiency.
