Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide samples of the required items .
  • Prepare a price quotation report including required items, delivery dates, and payment terms .
  • Receive the ordered items on the agreed delivery dates, based on the approved Purchase Order with the supplier.
  • Issue a Delivery Order for the received items and hand it over to the warehouse.
  • Monitor warehouse stock levels and initiate purchase requests according to reorder points, then follow the same procurement procedures as applicable.
  • Update the supplier list and continuously engage with new suppliers to collaborate on supplying the required items.
  • Execute all the above-mentioned procurement stages through the One Click System, in line with agreed procedures with system administrators.
  • Identify and source fabrics, trims, and accessories required for garment production.
  • Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Verify quality standards of purchased materials in coordination with the Quality Control department.
  • Coordinate with the Production Planning team to ensure timely availability of materials according to production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Track shipments and follow up with logistics providers to avoid production delays.
  • Support in evaluating supplier performance and preparing regular supplier assessment reports.
  • Assist in developing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining required material quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and local labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices with purchase orders and deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum 3 5 years experience in same industry .
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment accessories sourcing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze price quotations and purchase reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
