Production Planning Engineer

Develop and implement detailed production plans to ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing resources.

• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or unforeseen issues.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, forecasts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate production status and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for new projects or product launches.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production planning process.
