Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials, minimizing production delays.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including engineering and quality assurance, to align production goals and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role within a process manufacturing/ batch manufacturing environment is essential.

  • APICS certification or equivalent is highly regarded, showcasing your expertise in production and inventory management.

  • Proven track record of utilizing ERP systems for planning and scheduling tasks effectively.
