Production Operations Manager

Main functions:

• Ensures that the organization of operations complies with local safety rules and Kersia standards applicable to people and/or equipment and allows for the protection of the environment.
  
• Ensures that all factory personnel are aware of and comply with quality, safety and environmental objectives.
  
• Participates in the preparation of the factory budget in collaboration with the general management and the industrial management and ensures its annual compliance (target /tonne) and its monitoring during the monthly performance reviews.
  
• Writes, distributes and manages the site's monthly reporting

Required skills:

• Team management
• Knowledge of hazardous product manufacturing
  
• Knowledge of production management and project/new works management
  
• My proficiency with ERP production software (SAP/Oracle/...) and inventory management (WMS/ Scheduling) or SCADA systems
• General training on chemical risks
  
• Holder of CACES 1 & 3 license (forklift operation)

Experience required:

• Minimum 5 years in the industrial chemical sector.

Diploma required:

• BTS in Industrial Chemistry, Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or Master's degree in Industrial Process Engineering with a specialization in Chemical Engineering

• Pack office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
