Production Means Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Keep procedures and operating
procedures up to date Update the analyses FMEA means
Develop the maintenance plan as part of preventive and predictive
maintenance Ensure the installation of new means
Keep technical files
up to date Carry out and monitor the preventive maintenance of resources (tools and templates) in compliance with safety
rulesEnsure increased monitoring and identify vulnerabilities on the front and propose protective
solutions Carry out the necessary diagnoses in the event of malfunction, identify root causes, ensure and implement relevant
solutions Check the proper functioning after an intervention
Capitalize on feedback and propose new solutions to improve production (Safety, Quality, Cost, deadlines)
Develop or contribute to the drafting of specifications investment/renovation means and participate in the technical acceptance of new or modified equipment on the first entrusted
Participate in the decision-making related to the choice of means
